Description-Place a cone on the ground and latterally jump over it for 2-3 sets for 10-15 repititions.
Description-Get a box 2-3 feet high for this exercise. Jump off the box to the ground and jump high in the air. Repeat 2-3 sets for 10 reps.
Description-Get a target like a rim or the top or a high wall that you can touch. Jump as high as you can to touch target. Immediatley jump up. Don't stay down on the ground long. Push it. Repeat 2 sets for 15 reps.
Description-Just skip for about 30 yards. Repeat 3 times.
Description-Basically just standing long jumps. bound foward as soon as you land. Go as far and high as you can. Repeat 2 sets for 30 yards.
Description-Like the squat except without weights. Squat, jump. Repeat 2-3 sets for 10 reps.
